Founder/CEO
Sean Mansouri founded Elevate IR in 2021 to create a differentiated, modern approach to investor relations. He brings nearly two decades of experience across investor relations, M&A, and corporate finance, advising both public and pre-IPO companies on a broad range of strategic initiatives, including investor positioning, transaction communications, syndicate strategy, and crisis management. Over the course of his career, he has supported emerging growth companies and Fortune 500 clients in raising more than $5 billion in equity and debt capital. Sean holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Arizona State University and is a CFA charterholder.
Managing Director
Aaron D’Souza joined Elevate IR in 2021. He specializes in investor communications and capital markets strategy, working closely with executive teams to position their investment narratives with clarity and precision. Prior to Elevate IR, Aaron worked in investment banking at Viridian Capital Advisors, where he focused on capital raises and M&A advisory across growth sectors. His experience also includes financial analysis and strategy roles in both corporate and early-stage technology and digital assets companies. Aaron holds a Master’s degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma.
Director
Stefan Norbom joined Elevate IR in 2025. He brings over a decade of experience in investor relations and strategic communications, advising companies on market positioning and stakeholder engagement. Prior to Elevate IR, Stefan was a Senior Vice President at Prosek Partners and spent nearly seven years at ICR, where he supported IPOs, earnings communications, investor targeting programs, and ESG strategy. Stefan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Gettysburg College.

Will Swett joined Elevate IR in 2026. He brings a decade of experience in investor relations and strategic communications, with a focus on aligning companies with institutional investors and key stakeholders. Prior to Elevate IR, Will spent over eight years at ICR, where he advised clients across real estate, financial services, and gaming sectors on investor messaging and market positioning. Will holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Hamilton College.
Director
Lois Perkins joined Elevate IR in 2026. She has built a twenty-year career spanning finance and investor relations, with more than twelve years dedicated to IR. Her background covers the full IR lifecycle; from IPO readiness and investor day execution to ongoing investor outreach, earnings preparation, debt transactions, and crisis communications across PE and listed companies, advising UK and US clients. Prior to Elevate, Lois held senior positions at SugarCRM, Porch Group, Equitory and The Ardonagh Group. She also serves as a Board Member and Treasurer of STEMblazers, a non-profit supporting girls in STEM careers.
Associate Director
Peter Marone joined Elevate IR in 2026. He brings experience from both private equity and investment banking where he focused on sourcing, evaluating, and executing transaction opportunities, as well as supporting portfolio companies on strategic initiatives. Prior to Elevate IR, Peter was an Investment Associate at Brookstone Partners and served on the investment banking team at Cantor Fitzgerald. Peter holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Boston College, with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship, and has passed Level I of the CFA Program.
Associate Director
Laurent Weil joined Elevate IR in 2026. He brings experience across investment banking, debt capital markets, and macroeconomic research. Prior to Elevate IR, Laurent worked at Citi and BNP Paribas, where he supported the origination and execution of financing transactions across international markets. Earlier in his career, he was a Research Analyst at The Economist Intelligence Unit, covering macroeconomic and political developments across Latin America and the Caribbean. Laurent holds a Master’s degree in International Economic Policy from Sciences Po Paris.
Associate
Benjamin Haut joined Elevate IR in 2026. He brings experience in equity research and financial analysis, with a focus on valuation. Prior to Elevate IR, Benjamin worked in equity research at Jefferies, Tenebrist Global and Société Générale, covering energy and broader industrial markets. Benjamin holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Miami and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
Operations Manager
Tennille Howard joined Elevate IR in 2023. She brings over a decade of experience in operations, supply chain management and logistics, with a focus on process optimization and team leadership. Prior to Elevate IR, Tennille held roles across global logistics and supply chain organizations, including APL Logistics and American Airlines, where she led operational initiatives and managed cross-functional teams. Tennille holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University.
